The short answer Goff CRE Group, brokered by Nassar Realty, works in seven core areas north of Denver: Erie, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville, Broomfield, Frederick and Boulder County. Erie and Lafayette are home base, where most of our deals happen. We represent tenants, buyers and sellers of flex, industrial, retail, office and special-purpose property.
Why Erie and Lafayette are home base
Goff CRE Group is based in Erie, and Alex Goff lives just north in Frederick. Most of our work is in Erie and Lafayette: flex condo sales at 3000 Airport Dr near the Erie Municipal Airport, a buyer-side purchase at the same property, and a tenant-side flex lease at 1370 Miners Dr in Lafayette. Working the same few towns every week means we know which buildings are coming available, how each town handles permits and changes of use, and where a business can actually fit.
Those two towns also sit in the middle of everything else we cover. Longmont is to the northwest, Louisville and Broomfield to the south and southwest, and Frederick and the I-25 corridor to the north. A business open on location can compare all of them in a single search.
How should you choose a town?
Start from your customers, employees and suppliers, not from the first good sign you drive past. Then check three things in each town on your list: whether your use is allowed (each town has its own zoning code), what the space costs on an all-in monthly basis, and what it will take to permit your build-out. Erie straddles a county line, and Lafayette and Frederick both adopted new land use codes in 2026, so local details matter.
Do you work beyond these towns?
Yes, for the right property. We also work in southwest Weld County, and in northeast Colorado for special-purpose properties.
